If there are any changes needed, please notify me and base it off of the provided website.
Thanks.

Kingston has a habit of setting their DIMMs to 1.65V, which voids the warranty on your CPU. Suggest you go for something like: http://umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=153&bid=9&sid=129756

Or anything 1.5V or lower.

EDIT: If you intend to game a dedicated GPU is a pretty good idea. You won't need those extra fans.

I'd suggest buying the PSU separately - those that come with cases are usually pretty low quality.

Thanks, I'll be sure to switch that out.

It is not intended for gaming, but everyday business use for my Uncle. He wants something with a bit of speed. The extra fans are to make it look cooler. But if it is not need I may drop the top fan at least to subside for the RAM being slightly higher price.
The reason behind the budget is that he was going to buy a computer from in-store and I said I could basically double the performance for the same price.

OK thanks, that helped me out a lot, I will make the final changes now and see what my Uncle thinks.
