No difference. If you think about it, you would have a rear exhaust. So it's already like a third fan. You don't need another pull fan right in front of the exhaust. The only thing that will do is add more noise.

Would it make no difference to performance, or just very little. Do you have any benchmarks by anychance?

Oh and since writing this I purchased a Phanteks PH-TC14PE, but still I'm considering putting a third fan on it.
