Hello, first of all I'd like to say that I'm a little clueless in building a system (especially picking parts that go well together). My 5 year old desktop is dying on me and I'm looking into buying a new one with a max budget of $3000. It will be used mostly for gaming and using logic. From the reviews I've read I'm interested in gtx 680 for a graphics card. Also from what I understand getting a fast storage for windows only is a good idea. Anyway all help will be appreciated, thank you.
I should also add that I have a monitor/keyboard etc. so only the desktop is needed.
I agree. More detailed information please and you should look into GTX 780 now instead of 680's. No problem making you a build but make sure how much u want to spent is it 100% the entire 3K or maybe 2000 limit. Make a limit if u don't want it all gone otherwise no issues in creating u a rig for 3K.
Here you go, systems are like cars, everyone has a bit different ideas but I think this would be a very nice setup for around ~$2000, could not think of anything else to spend more money on, later you could add a 2nd GPU in a year or so if you want. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Endeavour/saved/1IrS
