hi guys Im looking for a replacement for a Coolermaster GX lite 500w PSU

What would you recommend

it will power a i3 and a amd HD 7750 Graphics

If you have no future upgrade plans, one of the 300W-350W Seasonic 80+ Bronze OEM PSUs will do well for you.

That is overkill for your needs but if you can afford that PSU will work fine.

^That. Way overkill, but it would be fine. I'm not sure your system would pull 150W from the wall even during [most] benchmarks.

Ok then, if you want the upgrade room, that PSU will allow any single card, and two of most.

thanks onus my system currently is

that i3 processor
the 7750 graphics card

2 disc drives
2 HDD's

and 4 molex fans

im guessing the psu would be ok with this ??

The CX-600M, unlike the CX-600, was made using Japanese capacitors, not Samxon, so it would be another good choice.
