I own a Cooler Master Storm Enforcer and a have a nice gaming build, I'm looking to overclock my cpu even more and want to take a look at water cooling. Do 240mm radiators fit at the top of the enforcer? Would something like, for example, a h100i fit at the top?

I own the HAF 912 Advanced (same exact inside as the Enforcer) i can tell you now that it will not fit and look good. You will not be able to mount everything inside the case. You will have to mount the radiator inside the case and the fans on top of the outside of the case making it look really "ghetto".
An H80i will fit in the back with push/pull while allowing you to keep your 200mm fan mounted in the roof though.
