- GPU i dont require much. But if i can get better on similar price than let me know.

- But let me know how can a good PSU make difference ? I dont know much about it . My total wattage was approx 200W on pcpartpicker . Is 350W a hiccup ?

Corsair PSUs are generally good. The CX-M PSUs are better than the non-modular CX units, which use some sub-standard capacitors. Antec, FSP, and of course Seasonic also have good low-wattage models.
A HD6670 can play games, but often on low settings. If you can get it, a GDDR5 version of the HD7750 would be a notable step up for games.
The Kingston SSD you have selected is too small to be useful, and is an old model. I'd probably drop it entirely and put the money into a better graphics card and upgraded PSU. The HD7770 suggested by Tiny Voices would be a good step up from the HD7750. Get a quality 400W-450W PSU for that one.
Performance-wise, 2x2GB RAM will perform better than 1x4GB, although if you've only got two RAM slots, the single stick leaves room for another as a future upgrade. If you can, start out with 2x4GB sticks. I would think you could pull that off if you've dropped the SSD.
Make sure your video card uses GDDR5 instead of the cheaper DDR3; it is visibly faster. The slower RAM is a way to cut corners, and will lead to buyer's remorse.
