Hey everyone,

I currently have a 2x4gb G.Skill DDR3 1333 setup. I am looking to move up to 16gb of RAM. Is it best to add another set of 2x4gb or to move to 2x8gb? (would be DDR3 1600)

Ah I missed that part. Well, you can run them at DDR3-1333 9-9-9-24 1.50V, like the original RAM and attempt 24GB. Or you can just leave them out and run 16GB @ DDR3-1600. Since 24GB is a lot, you can use 16GB first, then if you need more than 16GB, then try adding in the original 8GB.
