I have an asrock extreme 6 and i chose the factory setting over clock to 4.4ghz. i have the evo 212 cooler and a mid case, it is currently running at 1.224 volts, 4400.17 mhz multiplier x44. and 100% load core temps of 85 celcius. I have a stock 500 watt powersupply that came with the case. I have been running prime 95 for a while and it hasnt gone over 86 C - is this good or should i back it off. It could be a number of things mostly that i have a stock powersupply, or that im running a 2560X1440p monitor with only one 660ti. For some reason the monitor is turning on and off (dont know if its related).

all answers are greatly appreciated. i plan on buying a nice 750 watt powersupply and getting a 2nd 660ti and running in sli. the wattage to the cpu is currently at 74 - package
68 - cores

thanks again

I, personally, would back off a little bit. Test if it is stable at this speed at little bit lower voltages.

i just played arma 3 for about 20 minutes and max temp is about 63 celcius through hardware monitor but i will try backing that off and see if htat helps.
