I have a hp8-1534 envy desktop, I attempted to upgrade the graphics card to an ati 7670 however when I tried to start up I had no display. I went back in and rechecked plugs & made sure it was seated correctly. Plugged back in and noticed the fan wasn't moving. I assumed I had a bad card so I put back in the stock card and I'm having the same issue. Any ideas? I know it's not the monitor, or hdmi because the work on other setups.
