I'm getting the BSOD and I'm pretty sure it has to do with my hardrive. It usually just when I'm running a few applications at once (playing a game with spotify, skype, ext). When my computer is reset, I have to be careful not to click anything for like 10 minutes, unless it would freeze.

You should what 'DS3_tool.exe' does - its a playstation 3 controller driver, i would remove this and see what happens. As it unlikely to be a great bit of software.
then if the above fails you need to test your system with MEM86 for a few hours, to rule out memory/cpu/mother board issues.
