every time i boot up in my taskbar it says windows is updating 0% and it stays at 0% for like 15 min then just goes away.
my hard drive stays running and its being used so much nothing else wants to boot. if i hit restart it will tell me configuring updates then restart and im fine. till i boot up the next day.
how do i fix this.
