So I bought a gaming desktop, but it's not that great. Here's the link: http://
I can throw about $300 - $350 at it for improvements.
My main use is going to be gaming, and video editing. I'll be playing Skyrim mostly, with a few others mixed in.
I live in Nebraska, if that changes anything. I've bought from newegg before, but I'm fine buying elsewhere.
I don't really need to overclock either.

I would upgrade the GPU. That Nvidia GT 610 is pitiful. It definitely isn't a "gaming" card. Try this. It is an Nvidia GTX 670. Should handle any current game @ 1080p maxed out. Plus Nvidia has pretty reliable drivers.

P.S.

You might want to ensure that your PSU can handle the workload of the 670, first. If you have a PSU under 500 watts, I wouldn't recommend picking it up, you could run int stability issues.

I would definitely upgrade the GPU as the 610 is very weak, then make sure the PSU is good for it.
With regards to Skyrim, its very CPU dependent and probably won't do great on your current cpu, but if your were to upgrade your cpu, then your gpu budget would be cut in half...

Yeah, I was thinking about getting a new PSU as well. Right now I have a 450w. Talk about pitiful. Maybe upgrade to 550 or 650. I'll figure that out later. And what about the sapphire radeon hd 7850 for a GPU?

Well if you're gonna get the 7850, then you might as well get the 7870 because you get more performance with not that much of a price jump. If you were to get that, then you could also get a 6350 cpu, but I don't really know too much about amd's cpus so i don't know how much better it'll be...
Also that doesn't leave much room for a new psu. That being said you may be able to barely make with 430, but that's pretty close (also for a 7870 you're recommended to have at least 500). A 550w would work fine, but a 650 woul be better as it would leave room to upgrade in the future.

I don't necessarily need to buy it all at once. I could buy a PSU, then the 6350(I just checked, it's much better than the 4130) Then to top it off, get either the 7850, or the 7870. I'll have time to decide which, later on. Thanks fulge1638!
