I am trying to run a XFX 6870 with a single 6 pin connector. Would it work if I got one of those 2 molex to 1 6 pin connectors? My psu is a 700watt ocz for a couple of years back. It has 18 amps on each of the 4 12V. It does have 2 6 pin connectors but I am hoping to put in another 7850 for litecoin mining.
Do you guys think it will work? currently it runs the single 6870 overclocked using about 240watt normally and 270 to 280w maxed.

This is my current power supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341019.
Its from 2009 but it is mostly new since it was rarely used and sitting in a closet the whole time.
This is the 2 card I am trying to run at the same time:

I need to overclock the clock from 900 to 1000 but I will lower the memory clock from 1100 to 500. So it will save some power there. Both card will be running at full load mining litecoins.
Do you think this will work? Only the 6870 will need to use the molex to 6 pin connector and a regular 6 pin connector..
The 7850 only requires 1 6 pin connector.
