That build is massive overkill for your uses. You could spend like 1/2 of that and be fine. The thermal compound is a huge waste of money, as are the extra case fans. Don't buy those until you have your case and you know how many mounts it has. And get 2 x 8GB RAM instead of 1 x 4GB.

Actually I am getting that PC for free for some reason and the budget was 2,800$, but I don't want to get so high.

I need more or less just ideas about how to improve the PC, but around the same price.
