My friend's laptop has a sound problem. Since he asked over the phone, I didn't understand much what user settings has he done. Of course as they say, "85 % errors are generated by users mistakes".
Actually the problem is that my friend says that he can't hear a sound from laptop but hears everything clear when headphone inserted. What might be the problem?
