the 650 is just a little more powerful than the 7770 so out of the 2 you picked go for the 650. the 650 will smoke the 7750 without any issues.

no no no don't buy a geforce gtx 650 for that power supply .believe me i've the same power supply like you have and its model is 'SUPERCOMP SEP500' 450watts power supply .its not sufficient for a gtx650 (i've practically experienced this ) .and according to your rig that you've defined ....i think a radeon hd 7750 will sufficiently do its job on your rig .on your rig a gtx 650 won't be able to perform its 100 % and will be bottlenecked .so (IMO) you should go for a radeon hd 7750 .believe me ..,it will perform better/equal to what a gtx 650 will do on your rig .good luck.hope this helps !!

Hey who said gtx 650 is better than hd 7750 . Hd 7750 requires less power and doenst need any connection from power supply . According to performance hd 7750 is even better than gtx 650 . If your budget is around $150 than go with hd 7770 with 500w power supply.

And

Also Hd 7750 is very cheaper than gtx 650 and doenst even require a connection from power supply.

the only reason the 7750 beats the 650 on the GPUboss web site is because of its compute performance which has very very little to do with gaming. If you could read a graph you would see that when it comes to games the 650 even on the GPU boss website wins.

Compute score matters more if you are doing CAD style computations Not game graphical rendering.

The difference between the 650 and 7750 is very little in performance. But the 7750 is far more power efficient and doesn't need a PCI-E connector.
