Setting up Raid 1 on two identical HDD. OS Already installed on 1 SSD

Apparently this can be done if your board has more than one sata controller. I have the maximus v gene and I'm wondering if this board is capable of running 1 SSD AHCI and 2 HDD in RAID 0?
