XFX HD 6790 is showing Artifacts?

I build a new system about 1 Year Ago . Everything worked fine except the GPU.The graphics card is now showing the artifacts of red,blue and different colours.When playing games its temp increases from 90-100 and sometimes above the system freezes and i have to forced restart my pc.Should I repair the graphics card.The Warranty of this card is finished.What should i do.Any Help....
My graphic card is XFX HD Radeon 6790 1gb DDR5.

If you are not low on funds than buy a new card. Repairing an old card sometimes not worth it. No offence it's up to you.

Try Newegg.com or similar sites to make your choice. Google some review's. You will find some decent cards at your price range.
