If I go with a 6300/6350 should I get 1866 RAM?

Right now I have this running with my PII 965; http://m.newegg.com/Product?itemNumber=N82E16820145345 . It's running at 1333mhz. Would I see a improvement in video games with a 1866 if I overclock a 6300/6350?

You should be able to run your ram @ stock speeds i.e. 1600mhz cas9
The difference between 1600mhz & 1866mhz is negligible in games or otherwise.
