best gaming computer for rift ultra graphics

I don't know much about computers, anyways I want to buy a gaming pc for rift. but I want a gaming pc that will run on ultra graphics very well. what gaming pc do I need and how much do I need to spend? I don't want to spend to much .

Rift is online and I want to play on ultra graphics which is the highest graphic setting I don't know much about computers I want to buy a nice gaming desktop for this game that well run on ultra graphics smoothly

are these the parts i need because I don't know how to build computers and are you postive this is all I need to play on ultra graphics since ur not familar with game, just asking thanks
