PC reaching high temps, asking for advice on getting them lowered

So i'm back with another quick question, recently i purchased BF3 to prepare and get into the groove for BF4. While playing i noticed my temps reaching levels which i'm not usually seeing.

GPU (660TI) - Steady at 65c with its fan at 80% constant, it would easily reach 70-90 if i left the fan to do it auto! It even reaches around 50C while i'm browsing the internet.
CPU - Steady at 50C (Stock heat sink)

So i'm starting to think that i'm going to need to invest in something which will improve my airflow or something along those lines, any help is always appreciated. I''m thinking of getting the Cooler Master hyper 212 Evo to help with the CPU, i also plan on getting a front input fan to "Hopefully" create a positive air pressure inside. (Please note that i don't have the money or experience to water cool, nor is it possible with my current case) Any help on keeping my temps down would be incredible.

PC Specs

Case - In win Griffin
CPU - AMD FX4100 quad core
Mobo - Asus M5A78L-m LX
RAM - 1x 8GB Patriot G2 Series DDR3 1600MHz
HDD - 1x 2TB (3.5" 7200 RPM) & 1x 150GB (3.5" 7200 RPM)
GPU - Palit 660TI
PSU - G7 680w <---- peice of S**t btw
Fans - I currently have the 220cm fan on the side panel & the 90mm in the rear, should be putting a 120mm in the front.

Once again, thanks for any help you guys can give me :D

It was more the GPU which i was worried about, but thanks for letting me know about the CPU. I'll be sure to get an extra fan before i consider any other alterations.

Those are not bad temps at all; GPU or CPU. You're great and well within spec. The 660Ti's max temp is rated at 97C. You're well under that:
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-660ti/specifications

You can adjust your fan curve a bit and keep temps in the 60s or 70s with no problem. Personally, I use Precision X and just up the minimum fan speed a little and make my fan curve slightly steeper than default. This keeps my temps in the 60s max with stock cooling on my GPU.

Whether you make adjustments or not just play and have fun. You temps are all easily within spec.

Can you put a larger fan in the rear?
Bulldozer CPUs do run hot. A Xigmatek Gaia cools within 1C of the Hyper EVO but is 6db quieter per Frostytech reviews, and only costs $20. That's what I use on my systems. It isn't that the CM is a bad cooler, but it is a bang/buck LOSER.
Do you have some decent thermal paste, like AS-5 or MX-2? You might want to take the cooler off your graphics card, clean off the existing paste with 91% isopropyl alcohol, then re-apply new paste and remount the cooler.

Thanks :D i knew that i wasn't coming close to the limit, however i was browsing a very long time ago and someone said the in the 60-70 mark was to be considered "Hot" so until know i've pretty much went by those guidelines, thanks for your input.

Unfortunately that's a negative for the rear fan, it only has slots for a 80mm or 90mm fan, i didn't actually know about the Xigmatek gaia so i'll definitely be looking into that since i'm very fond of a nice quiet rig :D thanks for your answer
