Except for personal tastes, there's nothing that needs replacing. Obviously you don't intend to O/C. So the processor and board will be fine. It should game at high settings in just about any game I can think of at 1080p.

If you need a wireless internet connection instead of the wired Ethernet that comes with the MB, you may want to consider a wireless adapter that has an extendable antenna. Sometimes the PC can be located in a dead spot for signal. By extending the antenna, you can sometimes get out of the dead spot and into a stronger signal area.

id invest in a h77 series motherboard since your not planning to occ
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

also the 3470 is better

20 percent off

make sure your corsair ram is the low profile version so it doesnt get in the way of aftermarket cooler id strongly suggest it a 770 is overkill id up the psu to a 700w or a very good 650w

there is also much better cases out there a z5 plus is cheaper and better value

id get a cheap cooler as well like the evo 212 coolermaster with mx4 paste since the stock paste is crap
