Antec TP3 550w Good for Me?

Here are my specs:

Processor : Intel Core i7 950

RAM : 12 GB

Motherboard : MSI 1366 ATX Motherboard X58 PRO

HardDrive : Hitachi HDS721010CLA332 ATA Device 931 GB

Monitor: ViewSonic VT2430 24-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV (1400x900 res)

One DVD-R DL

Graphics Card: One PowerColor 7950 (not OC'd but plan on overclocking)

Fans: I also plan on buying 1-3 led 120 mm fans

This says that the Antec TP3's are at the top of the Tier 2 list, but is the 550 w enough for my system, and is it really quality?

Ok after doing some research I have calculated and found that the 550w Antec PSU Is just fine for your build and some OCing, Antec make some really good PSU's, so for quality they are on the + side, so yeah you are set, have fun.

Yeah get the corsair if you can spend that much on a PSU, get the modular one the others dude sent.
