Assuming you have enough amps on the 12V rail of your PSU, yes. But that's a PCIE 3 card, and the motherboard (unless it's a gen 3, if I remember right) is PCIE 2. So you won't get full performance, but the loss will hardly be noticeable. But yes, it will work.

My point is still valid. It's hardly noticeable. I just threw out my sabertooth, after 2 and a half years it went bad. Same with my buddies P67 sabertooth. We could have RMA'd them, but it wasn't worth the time (we both ran them in our spare machines which were going to be upgraded anyhow.)
