Radeon 7950 or 9000 series?

Hi guys. So i'd like to upgrade my geforce 450 to a 7950. But the 7950 is already 1,5 years old an the 9000 series is coming out Q4 2013. Should I wait for the 9000 series? I dont want to spend more than €300,- on a graphics card and the 99xx cards are defenitely going to be more than €300 right? And I suppose the 98xx cards are released a few months after the top-of-the-line cards? And will the 98xx cards even be superior to a 7950? Is it all worth the wait? Please release me of all my questions, I cant sleep :p

no one knows yet, the details of amds upcoming cards is not known its still a ways off. but the 7950 is a good card that will probably give you some good performance for the near future. nvidias new cards are coming out, but they are all kepler based so they are mostly just overclocked versions of the 600s.
there will always be something better available around the corner, so just pick the best card for your budget whenever you do decide to upgrade.
