Noctua NH-D14-2011 Dual Radiator Cooler with PWM fans

Hi there,

I have ordered the fan that is in the title but just noticed that it is only for LGA2011, i have an LGA1155 and its to late to cancel the order is there anyway i can get pass this problem or will i have to return the item once it is delivered?

Well since the fan comes with no additional brackets it seems that your only option is to return it and get a new one.

Sucks, but eventually all of use run into a mistake/problem such as this. It's just the way it is. Might I suggest this one?

seems like this is the same cooler, but with the appropriate bracket. Looks to be a little cheaper @ the moment than the one you ordered. sorry for the hassle, but make sure to check all aspects of compatibility in the future. Hopefully you have the resources to order the new one now, and ship the other back as soon as you get it. All in all once you add in return shipping you should come out about the same as far as cost goes.

In the link sr-71 posted can order bracket kits. It would probably still be cheaper to get a different cooler though, unless the pwn fans are important to you.

thats for the reply guys btw Blackbird they dont give the LGA155/56 bracket for the NH-D14 but thanks anyway.
