So, when I play GTA IV; it always sounds like my graphics card is on a 100% fan speed, but when I open MSI Afterburner or Catalyst Control Center; it's on 30%. It sounds like a turbo jet in my room. And it's getting to the point where I can't play GTA IV because of the noise.
The game runs fine, 40-50FPS.
