I really want to play civ 5 but im worried that my video card is not up to it.

EVGA 512-P3-1311-KR GeForce 210 512MB 32-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

The rest of my system is fine (quad core, 8 g ram, and so on..)

It doesnt have to play it perfectly at all high settings.. just playable :)
Any advice? Is it playable? thanks!

Solution
I'm not sure; it might be playable on extremely low settings. In ascending order of power and price, one of the following would be good upgrades for you:

HD6570 (DDR3) < GT640 (DDR3) <= HD6670 (GDDR5) < GTX650 (GDDR5) <= HD7750 (GDDR5)

Where both versions are available, always choose GDDR5 over the cheaper (and slower) DDR3 versions.
None of those cards requires auxiliary power, with the possible exception of some versions of the GTX650.
