BF3 Does not Launch

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I can delete it and put it their instead.

Had this problem a few months ago and I just gave up on it and came back today to see if it some how fixed itself.

I have tried reinstalling BF3, Reinstalling origin and fixing the BF3 Install. None worked.
Today I checked event viewer and it gave had an error about BF3. It gave me 2 errors and I will put them below.
