asus sabertooth z77 Drivers Help

Hey all, so I had a question about updating my drivers for my motherboard. I know I can install most from the cd that comes with my motherboard, but I want to update my chipset drivers to the most recent ones. so I went to the Asus website picked out my model and my OS. But under the chipset tab, there are four different downloads. Do I have to download all four of these under chipset and install them, or do I just have to download the most recent one? Some of the downloads in the chipset tab are the same, just later versions. Others however are different. Please help.

My OS is Windows 7 64 bit

Just download the newest one that is all you need. It should be the first one listed. However it is really not needed as Windows 7 and Windows 8 already have the chipset drivers built into the OS. I have not had any problems with my Asus Z77 Sabertooth running with just the chipset drivers that Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8 x64 install. Running both OS's in dual boot.
