It's been about 3~ years since I built my first rig and I think it's about time to finally upgrade it (recently upgraded the tower and video card). Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I would call myself a gamer, but not an extreme one. I would like a smooth experience and where I can run most of my games on high with a steady 40 FPS. Thank you for viewing and replying if you do.

GPU: ASUS GeForce® GTX 660 DirectC *upgraded
RAM: Patriot G2 8GB (2x4GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3 DIMM Modules
MOBO: MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
PSU: Cooler Master 450w (not sure if that is adequate for my build.)
HDD: 466GB Hitachi HDS721050CLA362 ATA Device (SATA)
TOWER: Fractal Design Define R4 Cases, Black Pearl
