Few questions - is cpu or gpu overclocked at all? What cooler are you using? Has the case been moved, bumped, or anything inside fiddled with or changed since this started?
My gut says thermal issue shutdown of some kind. Mobo, cpu, or psu getting hot. What's your cooling for case like? Fans number and type? Cables managed or wild?

As far as psu, or possibly other issue - any weird noises like clicking rattle or whining coming from case?

My GPU is not overclocked, what do you mean by cooler, um I move it from house to house, I put the motherboard back into a new case. I have a Cooler Master, with 2 default fans and one fan I bought. One fan is a Magma and the others are the fans from the case. Some of the cables are managed and some are wild. I hear the harddrives making weird noises, I just press the side and it stops making the noise. If there is a way to put a picture, I will do that.

First - id be checking mobo mounts and standoff clearance for possible shorting on mobo mount to mobo itself. Second, be sure your cpu heatsink (cooler) is completely and tightly mounted with thermal grease properly applied. Third replace those case fans - stock ones always suck lol

You likely have a short occuring grounding out, or cpu heatsink is not making proper contact and it's heatingup. Use openhardwaremonitor.org program to monitor cpu temps n verify. Try the first 2 steps and rule that out and we can see from there. Re mounting the mobo recently can cause either of these to be an issue
