Hello. I'm new to this and am in real need for some help.
A couple weeks ago I replaced a faulty VGA to VGA (Analog) cable. Since then, I couldn't get the proper screen resolutions working. Windows was not giving me the recommended options. I installed driver updates to my video card (Radeon HD 2400 Pro) and to my monitor (Samsung Monitor). Now it gives me the recommended screen resolution (1920x1080) as oppose to 1600x1200, but when I switch to the recommended screen resolution, windows would not give me the recommended Hz (60Hz). It only gives me 29 and 30Hz. So, now my screen resolution is shaky and glitchy. I have provided screenshots for better understanding. Please help me get the proper screen resolution (1920x1080 @60Hz) Thank you!
(P.S. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit)
