looking for a graphics card or 2 graphics cards (that i can run in sli or crossfire) under $800 that can run games like bf3, skyrim, mass effect, etc. at 60-80+ fps on 3 24" monitors.

i'm going to be getting a i7-3770k, AS Rock LGA1155 ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4 and a Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 850 Watt.

You're good to go then. The other components will hold a pair of gtx770 really well without any bottlenecking or power shortage ( assuming that you already got a big enough case to put them in ).
