Power Supply For New Build

I'm just in the process in assembling my new build and I'm not sure about what PSU to get. Here is my build:

i5 3570k - Overclocking is a possibility but not for now

Sapphire Dual-X 7970 - probably overclocking

G Skill Ares 2x4GB 1866

Extreme 4 motherboard

WD Blue 500gb HDD

Some random optical drive

Maybe a medium sized SSD

4 or 5 case fans; most 120mm or 80mm

What concerns me is that wattage calculators give me drastically varying estimates, some as high as almost 700w. When looking for PSUs, 750w seems to be one of the most common and kind of a sweet spot as far as price goes. Will this work for me or should I get a 850w, or higher? If 750w is fine, do these PSUs look good:

For one HD 7970, a 550W (XFX 550W) is sufficient. For HD 7970 CrossFireX, I would recommend a 750-800W (Corsair TX650 V2).

yups i agreed with ksham
u don't need that much power for single HD 7970. the 550w psu is enough for that rig. you can choose better brand like corsair, sesonic, xfx.
other ksham already said. he is right.
