1.error the far cry 3 service is not available please try again later. 2. Configuration files location.

Win7, MSI GTX660 and the rest is my signature.
First question.
I got to this error the far cry 3 service is not available please try again later
sometimes ago, so I can not update my stats and can not play online, what a bummer.
I forwarded all ports in router, tried DMZ, no use.
Anything else left to do? I tried to ask official support and got standard response, which was no use to me.

Second question. I am about to reinstall my Win7 due to other issues and would like to save FC3 configuration files, save my progress, including XPS, in single player with hope of fixing error in question 1 and eventually connect and update my account (I mean XPS). Where is it stored, basically how to save all necessary files considering that I don't have connection to server.

And last question, loosely related, my primary partition is on 180 GB SSD, very small space, I am thinking installing FC3 on regular HDD (keeping only Win7 and programs on SSD) - am I going to loose a lot of performance (FC3 currently installed on SSD).

Appreciate in advance for any suggestions.
Thanks.

1: Nothing I can think to do beyond reinstalling the game.
2: Uplay should save your saved games and settings in the cloud.
3: As far as FPS? No. It will only increase load times a bit.

My problem is - I can not connect to cloud, so configuration files, XPS and game save files are stored somewhere in my PC. This is what I am looking for.

Did I clarified my question?

Thanks for quick response.

Documents>My Games>Far Cry 3 contains your settings... Thats all I could find as far as non-core files.. The last time the game did work it should have connected to the cloud and backed everything up, so once you re-format it should download everything. The ONLY Far Cry 3 folder I can find in a full system search, including hidden files, is the one with the settings file.
