Computer I have is old now and I am looking to upgrade.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/14dQk

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($169.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($214.99 @ Mac Mall)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($84.98 @ Outlet PC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card ($659.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (Arctic White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($89.25 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($88.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($16.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $1790.12

This is what I have so far. I am primarily using the computer for gaming so an i5 should work. As far as I can tell this mobo should work for what I need it for (any suggestions for which mobo to buy are appreciated)

The rest is pretty standard, I was wondering if there is a difference between the EVGA GTX 780 and the ASUS GTX 780 other than the manufacturer. The EVGA version is sold out almost everywhere while the ASUS card is readily available. The rest is pretty standard. Any comments are appreciated and I will answer any questions to the best of my ability.

Thanks.

I am still on the fence about windows 7 or 8 but does this look a little bit better?
Should I go with the Noctua or the Coolermaster
