3570k OC issue (maybe)

So Im trying to get my CPU to 4.5ghz and I think im stuck at 4.4ghz. Right not the v-core is at 1.29v and seems to be stable at 4.4 if I go to 4.5 and bump up vcore to say 1.3 or 1.31 or 1.32 it stipp crashes on start up. Should I have to go that high on vcore to get 4.5ghz? If so how far can I go with vcore and what are safe temps on this cpu? Thank you

i think you OC via offset voltage it's will different with manual voltage , many user around 1.32 - 1.37 with offset voltage but Depend your chip, every chip different batch .. as i know the batch# L204B450 is low voltage around 1.2v get 4.5ghz , and Llc was set on high in the digi+ power control also i would keep the temp fullload stress test below 70C - 72C

You have a single GTX680, I see no reason to overclock at all, your framerates will still be limited by your video card.

Is it possible im forgetting a setting to turn off or on? Im at 4.4ghz and 1.29 vcore with eist and boost turned off and my temps with prime 95 are at about 76-78c seems high I have an aftermarket air cooler the Havik 140 if that helps. I thought 4.5ghz was supposed to be very doable with these CPU's??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
