- AsRock 970 pro3 R2.0
- MSI 970a-g43
- Asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
(Which mobo should I choose?)

GPU: GTX 660

CPU: FX-6300

RAM: 8 gb 1600 MHz

SSD - Samsung 128 gb

HDD - 500 gb

Power Supply: corsair 550 w

Is it a good build? And what motherboard should I buy?

Not the MSI motherboard . Until the G46 they had no thermal protection for the voltage regulators and could catch fire . Some have reported that issue with the G46 too.
Of that list I would use the Extreme 3
But also consider the ASUS M5A97 R2.0

Make sure the RAM is a 2 x4 gig kit , and rated for 1.5 volts or less

i agree with outlander on the mobo. though i have the msi 970a-g46, i wish i could upgrade to something else, but i will be switching over to intel for cpu in a few months. fx-6300 is a damn good cpu. for the ram though, atleast get 8 gb of 1866mhz, not 1600. it's better for multicore cpus. unless you want to overclock your cpu or gpu, i suggest atleast a 700w PSU. also recommend 670. the'yre getting cheaper now that the 700 series is out. i had a 660 for few months and was not too content with the performance.
