My video card recently broke, and the motherboard alone can barely pull windows 8 or 7, so I decided to install XP.

I formatted my hard drive, and put in the XP installation disk, everything seemed to work, but when it began to start the windows installation i get this blue screen:

Any help is appreciated

Check the sticker on your ram. Make sure you have bios set to the correct dimm voltage. For instance if you have 2.0v DDR2 and your mobo defaults to 1.8v, you'll get a stop error. Hope this helps.
