Fill out this questionnaire, and it will recommend a mechanical keyboard that (on paper at least) will suite your purposes.

I recommend a Ducky keyboard, I use a Shine II with Brown switches and am pretty happy with my purchase. If you decide to go this way, might be worth waiting as Ducky just announced the Shine III at Computex.

Its also worth figuring out which key-switch will suit you best.

That Rosewill keyboard looks kind of lacking for the price, and switches will be a personal preference mostly. I would say do more search into mechanical keyboards then an automated system search based on specifications parameters which may not be up to date with the latest keyboards.
