There are many factors to this (i.e. Internet throughput, processors, etc.); however, if this is a new problem, the one most important thing I have not seen you list is any running of virus or malware programs.

Try:
SuperAntiSpyware (Free Edition: http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html
Malwarebytes Ant-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
SpyBot Search & Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/private/

I'd run them in that order, if they ask for you to restart, make sure that you do, before running the next. If none of them find anything besides Cookies. Your next option is to Boot in Safe Mode, by pressing [F8] before Windows has a chance to load the splash screen (Windows logo), and run them again this way as some extensive threats can manipulate these programs and hide themselves.

If you are avidly downloading things from the Internet, or even if you're not, these three tools are an all-around good arsenal to start troubleshooting a newly and progressively less responsive PC.

Edit: Addition of AdwCleaner by Xplode as seen in post below:

Try SuperAntiSpyware, I know it's widely-recommended on these forums and has found quite a few things that Malwarebytes would not. Also, SpyBot does some extensive searching for known bots that could be specifically linked with browsers.

Based on you saying it happened a few months ago and came back... I'd say utilizing all these tools would be your best option, for more thorough results use Safe Mode.

so i downlaoded every software and scanned:
Malwarebytes 0 found
SpyBot 0 found
SuperAntiSpyware 8 objects
I cant tell you if this helped me beacuse i dont had the problems before scan and after scan.
Its just randomly happening.
So here are my resulst maybe someone can tell me something more:

Ha, I can tell you that SuperAntiSpyware is a very good comprehensive tool for that. bProtector is more likely your issue, I'd let SuperAntiSpyware go ahead and delete all threats. I've had this pop up on my computer before and nothing I used found it, so I had to find one of those ridiculous scanners and go through the registry manually to delete entries as well as delete all files manually. So, you're lucky something got found.

After deletion and a reboot, run SuperAntiSpyware again, just to insure that bProtector isn't the only thing found on your computer, it's usually packaged with a few other things (i.e. Browser Toolbar Add-ons, etc.)

I would hope it doesn't, those are very common Trojan/Viruses found on the Internet and if these programs can't solve the issue, there may be a need to get your hands dirty in the registry with the help of some horrid scanner that you can delete afterwards.

Also, have you noticed when you start Chrome or Internet Explorer that your Google homepage at the bottom has some weird bProtector or other unknown name docked at the bottom of the page? You might have to go the route of un-installing and deleting all User Profiles and AppData for Chrome afterwards, if so. This bProtector thing usually inserts itself into the user preferences and so forth. I literally just went through the whole headache of getting rid of it about a week or two ago.

However, I don't know this homepage change to be malicious it does link to a site where you could potentially get it again. Better safe than sorry.

there is nothing docked on the bottom of my google homepage .
i m not sure if this the same things like brotector but i have a process always running ( browserprotect.exe).
Can AKAMI netesession be the issue for my problem?
Beacuse i cant shut down pc when i have the problem with chrome and i get this message "NetSession hidden window" end now..

Yes... "browserprotect.exe" is indeed a process specifically related to bProtector. You may have to run these programs in Safe Mode, I'm going to be leaving soon... so my help is going to be very limited as of now, but there are virus expert forums at www.bleepingcomputer.com

Also, if you are feeling savvy enough, there's a guide here:
http://blog.yoocare.com/remove-pup-bprotector-pop-up-ad...

Of course, replace all instances of [random] with browserprotect.exe

Also, when these programs are actually running... it's rather futile to try and stop them via software, this is why it's some time necessary to use Safe Mode or Original Boot Settings to actually try to eliminate them.
