I had to install a new hard drive a few months back and forgot exactly how I went about getting a windows 7 disc but I think I created a back up from my desktop. Anyway I didn't use the laptop often an when I went to download xbox music software I came across this problem I cant get into system properties and I can't get into user controls. Right now I'm trying to create a system image on my desktop to see if I can use that for laptop but I can't see what I have on laptop in the partition space and I read online it can't be smaller. I didn't have any problems when I initially installed the software but I also didn't do anything that involved to even come across this. I called Microsoft an the guy there said it sounds like something bis wrong in my files so I need to uninstall and reinstall windows but I need hekp making sure I do this correctly
