I dont tihnk this is possible based from everything I've read about this but lately I havn't been getting full load from my gpu.
im running i5 3570k with msi radeon 7950, cx600 watt corsair, 8gb corsair venegence

It started when I was messing around with OCing my gpu a bit, but i didn't touch any voltage or anything.

suggestions??

More about : 3570k 7950 bottleneck

There is almost no way (even with OC'ing) that your 7950 has reached a bottleneck with a 3570k. The 3570K is a quite good processor, and it would take more than a slightly-OC'ed 7950 to reach its bottleneck.

In that case, is there a reason why during X-mark in kombuster my GPU usage fluctuates from 66% to 99%..sometimes it even touches 30%

Are you simply switching between different programs? Perhaps what you're doing doesn't need the utilisation of the full potential of your GPU...

its during the k-mark kombuster.. So certain times it wont need full GPU usage? Also, what do you use to find a stable OC for GPU?

Nothing at the moment... I haven't OC'ed my GPU's at all (I prefer to not bother with things of that nature), so I don't really know what a good thing to use for that is.
And I'm also not entirely sure about why the performance fluctuates so much... The fact that at times it runs at 99% means that it's obviously not a bottleneck issue, but I'm not sure why the performance would be so iffy. Is there something wrong with K-Mark?
