Windows recovered from unexpected shutdown after system restore,otherwise infinite loop of startup repair

My computer doesn't shut down for a long time .Immediately it restarts and launches startup repair,while booting my dvd drive doesn't appear after system restore i got the problem details as:

It might refer to a usb device that may have been doing an action when the latpop or Pc went into a sleep or hibernation mode.
Disable Sleep/hibernation timers so that you have to enable those modes manually.

Remove your usb external devices like a pen tablet or flash memory drives or hot plug'n'play drives then restart, go to Safe mode then do a Safe shut down then allow the computer to rest for a minute and a half before powwering on and allowing to go directly to desktop.
