My current system, running on an E4500/4GB DDR2 and some nameless motherboard, is obviously pretty useless for modern gaming (GT 520 OC'd card).

So, I was hoping to get an opinion on my new system. I have a few brand loyalties, as stupid as that sounds. I stick to Intel processors, and NVidia GPUs.

Let's begin.

CPU: i3 3220. Because 4th generation i3 processors just focus on power saving and not the power I need.

MoBo: ASRock Z77 Pro 3.

PSU: Corsair VS550.

GPU: NVidia GTX 650 Ti Boost.

RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance @1600MHz.

Monitor: 1366x786.

SSD: 64 GB Kingston.

I've got 2.5 TB conventional storage.

I will be gaming, folding, and in designing 3D in Blender/SketchUp. I may delve into Photoshop.

Most importantly, I want performance in comparison to power consumption, and a system useful life of around 3-4 years. I will buy this system possibly in October or slightly earlier.

India, which also means that some of of those parts, noticeably, the motherboard, aren't available here. :(
