My specs :

Intel I3 @ 550k QUAD-CORE

(3.2Ghz) ( Non OC'ed )

NVidia EvGA Gtx 650 2gb V-RAM

2gb Adata Ram 1333 Mhz

Motherboard : GA-H55M-S2V gigabyte technology

===================

I play around on 64 player maps. usually as Recon since I cant get close quarters due to stutters. I close googlechrome when it says " loading level " so my ram isn't taken up. Only origin and bf3 are on my pc when I play. and I sometimes go to taskmanager and set the priority to high/Above normal..

If I scope any weapon with say a 4x sight my game freezes and I get around 2 fps while zooming in. Or it randomly stutters while looking around.. I might be able to record a little bit with fraps so it gives more detail on the problem.

If you need more info on what happens tell me. I just want to play ;_;

Solution
Your CPU is really a problem when playing 64 player games, try playing on lower populated servers and see if there is a difference. My friend had a stuttering problem on 64 players servers, so now he plays on 32 players servers till BF4 comes out, which by then he hopes to upgrade to a 4th gen i7.

and to get GPU usage you can use the overlay on EVGA precision X
http://www.evga.com/precision/

this is a console command to use ingame, hit the ~ key to bring up the command box to type into and put this
Render.PerfOverlayVisible 1
this will create a graph the has GPU and CPU usage
green is CPU, yellow is GPU.
just get the graph running, take a screenshot, and put the screenshot up here

you can also look to see if it's just lag, just hit...
