Well guys i have a GTX 660 Palit and on idle i hear that noise. When i am in games or gpu is loading it stops. I want to ask if i need to
1. Change PSU (I heard that sometimes this comes from it power and things that i dont know how to explain) Corsair CX 600
2. If i leave it as it is does my card gonna have problems in future use ?
3.Can it be Cards problem and RMA it?

Thats for now Thank you

Check your GPU with PRIME95 or similar software. I would suggest you RMA your card.

First..Prime95 is CPU stress tool, not GPU

And you're right, this noise maybe came from your VGA or PSU..
But usually, coil whine will louder in 3D mode, like gaming or etc..

to check if this noise came from your PSU or GPU is stress your CPU or GPU.
Run Prime95 or OCCT..and try to hear if this noise became louder..if it's getting louder, then it's your PSU
Run Furmark and try to hear if this noise became louder..if it's getting louder, then it's your graphic card

if it came from your PSU, then replace/RMA your PSU.
Is it dangerous?
This noise sign that your psu is getting weak. At the moment, it will blow up..:D

if it came from your graphic card, then try to turn on vsync in your game.
if it getting louder, well, that's mean you have a fail graphic card. Just RMA it.

Well i just finished my fumark, prime95 bench test. I couldnt clearly realize where the sound came from so in any case i removed my graphics card from the pcie. After that i was able to realize that pitch power noise from PSU. Is not that loud though and when the pc stresses is refused and it start diferent melodies with AC power. Anyway i just packed my psu back to the box and ready for RMA. Thanks a lot for your advice, hope its the correct one.

At load its pretty common, but I wouldn't accept a card that whined at idle. If you can pin it down to certainly be the card you'll want to RMA it.
