Asus sabertooth z87 not booting

Hello everyone, i just built the PC today and upon completion PC powers one normally, but bios will not load. The PC will remain on. i get nothing loading on the screen and the mouse and keyboard dont even turn on when plugged in(ive tried all usb ports) any ideas?

SPECS:
asus sabertooth z87
I7-4770k Haswell
8gb ddr3 corsiar dom platinum
evga geforce 780
evga 750w PSU

any help will be great!!

Clear the CMOS

tried it and it didnt work. i think its a memory issue(never had one before so not sure what to look for) memok! check light is always on and when i press it it begins its checks. i doubled checked the memory and confirmed that the MB does indeed support it. i confirmed everything is connected and that there are no bent pins in the cpu.

Update BIOS, are the memory sticks seated correctly and in the right slots??

im updating the bios as we speak and yes the memory is in slots 1 and 3

No luck. I even got new ram and same thing

I guess it could be a defective motherboard

Have you connected 6 and 8 pin power to the GPU?? Try running the monitor from the intel integrated GPU, so remove the GTX 780. Try to narrow and trouble shoot this way, one component at a time

Ya I did it one by one then I took out the cpu and found 3-4 bent pins in the mobo. I dont know how I didnt notice that sooner. Pins were bent inside the cluster and not on the edges so im hoping the store will exchange it for me

I know the gpu and memory are fine since they were used in my old system. The mobo and cpu are the only new parts

what makes you go ahead an buy the sabertooth, is it the look?? or ..?? I am asking because i am thinking about getting one. People say that the Plastic armor is a gimmick, i am not sure...

I have a friend whos a extreme OCer and he strongly recommended it. I know my stuff but compared to him im an idiot hahaha. But he built another friends system with the 2600k and its still runs amazing.

Try a different monitor. I sometimes have the same problem and it will be a black screen until windows start screen
