More ram vs. faster ram

That depends on how much ram is being occupied during the operation of the program. I don't know of any programs that would use more than 16 gigs at once though, so faster is better in my opinion.

16gb of ram at 2133mhz. also you should know that if your running windows home premium you can only have 16gb, its limited in that aspect for some reason
